I don’t often write reviews but Zurc construction is worth sharing. I called Jose to remodel a two bedroom apartment unit that had been occupied by the same tenant for over twenty years. This remodel included the kitchen, a bath and a half bath, repairing and retexturing all of the walls, installing LVT on the floors, installing moulding and doors, install new shut offs, install new switches and plugs, and other stuff that comes up in a major remodel. First he gave a bid that was within my budget. As additional work was added it was at a fair price.

Jose helped finish off our bathroom/shower tiling in our basement. My husband and I remodeled the bathroom mostly ourselves, but the tiling was challenging and we had trouble finishing it off nicely. Jose came in more than happy to help us out. He was very patient with us and did such a nice job. We are so happy with his work and will definitely use him again in the future!

My wife and I started a shower remodel project and were quickly in over our heads. We called Jose and he came out the next day, on a Sunday for an estimate. Zurc Construction redid a large irregular shaped shower in the master bathroom. In the process Jose discovered quite a bit of damage behind the tile. He expertly repaired all the damage to make it all structurally sound and then installed the tile. The result is an absolutely beautify shower. We could not be more pleased with his work. I highly recommend him. Not only does he do beautiful tile work but his has the skills to handle related work to do the job right. I would not hesitate to hire Zyrc again.
